More training success for Air China

EDM is pleased to present three engineers from Air China with certificates in recognition of their successful completion of a two week training programme focused on the maintenance of Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer (CEET) equipment.

This training support follows the delivery of an A330 and B737 CEET by EDM to the airline’s Training Centre in Beijing in December 2013.

This is the second phase of training for Air China on the CEETs as another engineering team from the airline visited EDM’s facility to complete the course earlier this year.

The classroom based training required the airline’s engineers to interface with several EDM departments including projects, software, service support and electrical.

The Air China engineers will train their colleagues with the techniques learnt at EDM, with a specific focus on ensuring the preservation and maintenance of the two new CEETs.
